These terms apply when you use GetLawyersNow. In these terms "we" and "us" mean GetLawyersNow, a lead-generation service operated by ZYZY Digital Group. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Please read them before you submit the form. They explain what this service does, what it does not do, and what you are agreeing to.

Accepting these terms

By using this site or submitting the form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site and do not submit the form.

If you do not agree with a change we make to these terms, stop using the site. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the updated terms.

What this service is and is not

GetLawyersNow collects your answers about a motor vehicle accident and passes them to independent attorneys and law firms who may contact you about your potential claim. That is all it does.

To be unmistakably clear about what we are not:

  • We are not a law firm, a lawyer referral service operated by a bar association, or a provider of legal services.
  • We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as legal advice.
  • Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with anyone else. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and a law firm agree to it in writing, directly with each other.
  • We do not evaluate the merits of your claim. The questions the form asks are routing questions, not an assessment. A yes to all of them is not an opinion that you have a claim, and the form stopping is not an opinion that you do not.
  • We do not accept or decline cases. We have no authority to.
  • No attorney or law firm is obligated to review your request, to respond to it, or to accept your case. Any of them may decline for any reason, or say nothing at all.

Legal claims are subject to time limits called statutes of limitations. Every state has them, and they differ from state to state and by the kind of claim. We cannot tell you what the deadline for your claim is, and nothing on this site should be read as telling you how long you have. Only a licensed attorney reviewing your situation can advise you on that, and waiting can cost you a claim entirely. If time matters to you, speak to an attorney promptly rather than waiting to hear from one through this site.

Nothing we collect, store, or pass along preserves, protects, tolls, or extends any deadline that applies to your claim.

Attorney advertising

This website is a paid advertisement for legal services. In some jurisdictions it may be considered attorney advertising.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. No outcome, settlement, recovery, or case value is promised or implied anywhere on this site, and no one acting for us is authorized to promise you one. Any figure you may have seen elsewhere describes someone else's matter, not yours.

We are compensated by the attorneys, law firms, and marketing partners who receive requests from this site. We are not paid by you, and you pay us nothing. Because we are paid for making the connection, you should not read a referral as an endorsement, a recommendation, or an opinion that a particular firm is the best choice for you. It is not a measure of any firm's skill, experience, or record.

All persons depicted in any photograph or video on this site are actors or models. They are not attorneys, they are not clients, and they are not people whose claims were handled by anyone connected with this site.

Who may use this service

By submitting the form, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are located in the United States, and the accident you are asking about happened in the United States.
  • The information you submit is your own, and the claim you are asking about is your own.
  • The phone number and email address you give us are yours, and you may receive calls, texts, and email at them.
  • You are not submitting someone else's information without their permission.

This site is directed to people in the United States only. We do not offer the service anywhere else, and we make no claim that the site complies with the law of any other country.

If you are asking on behalf of someone else, including a family member or someone who cannot act for themselves, do not use the form. Contact an attorney directly instead. We have no way to verify that you are authorized to act for another person, and the consent the form records would be yours, not theirs.

The information you submit

You agree that everything you tell us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not knowingly give us false information.

Accuracy matters more here than it looks. Your answers decide which attorneys see your request, and an attorney will rely on them when deciding whether to contact you. A wrong state, a wrong date, or a wrong answer about existing representation wastes your time and theirs.

If we believe a request contains knowingly false information, is automated, is duplicated, or is fraudulent, we may reject it, decline to pass it on, and decline to accept further requests from you. We may also keep a record of it in order to prevent repeat submissions.

Consent to be contacted, and how to revoke it

The consent box above the submit button is an electronic signature. By checking it and submitting, you agree that GetLawyersNow and its attorney and law firm partners may call, text, or email you at the number and address you provided, to discuss your potential claim, including by using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. More than one attorney or law firm may contact you about one request.

Consent is not a condition of obtaining legal services and is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke it at any time: reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or write to us at the mailing address above. Our Privacy Policy sets out all of the ways to revoke consent and explains exactly what revoking it does and does not reach.

Attorneys and law firms are independent

Every attorney, law firm, and marketing partner that may receive your request is an independent business. None of them is our employee, our agent, our partner in the legal sense, or under our control, and we are not theirs.

That means we are not responsible for, and we do not warrant or guarantee:

  • Whether any attorney or law firm contacts you, or how quickly.
  • How often, or by what method, they contact you once they have your information.
  • Any attorney's or firm's licensing, standing with a bar association, malpractice insurance, experience, competence, or disciplinary history.
  • Any advice they give you, any action they take or fail to take, or any deadline they meet or miss.
  • Their fees, their fee agreements, their billing, or how they handle money.
  • Their conduct toward you, their privacy practices, or their compliance with any law.
  • The outcome of your claim.

Choosing a lawyer is your decision alone. Before you hire anyone, verify them yourself: your state bar association publishes licensing status and disciplinary records, and you are entitled to ask any firm about its experience, its insurance, and its fees before you sign anything.

Any dispute between you and an attorney or law firm, about fees, advice, conduct, or the handling of your claim, is between you and them. We are not a party to it, and we have no role in resolving it.

Fees and fee agreements

This service is free to you. We do not charge you anything, we never ask you for a payment method, and no page on this site collects payment information.

No fee arrangement of any kind is created by using this site or by submitting the form. We do not set, quote, negotiate, collect, hold, or share in any legal fee.

Any fee agreement is strictly between you and the law firm you choose to hire, in a written agreement directly between the two of you. Read it before you sign it. Nothing on this site is a term of that agreement, and nothing on this site modifies it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, duplicated, automated, or fraudulent requests.
  • Submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
  • Use the site to collect information about the attorneys, law firms, or partners connected with it.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest any part of the site by automated means.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site, probe it for weaknesses, or try to reach parts of it or of our systems that you are not authorized to reach.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit or advertise anything.

We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who does any of these things.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, graphics, and code of this site belong to ZYZY Digital Group or to the parties that licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The GetLawyersNow name and logo are our marks.

You may read the site and print or save a copy for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, frame, or make derivative works from any part of it, and you may not use our name or marks, without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms gives you any right in our content or our marks beyond that.

Third-party services

This site relies on two third-party services to work, and both are described in our Privacy Policy. ActiveProspect provides TrustedForm, which creates the certificate that records your visit and the consent you gave. Supabase hosts the intake system that receives and stores your submission.

Those services are operated by their own companies, under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they operate or for any failure or interruption on their part.

If the site links to any other website, we do not control it, we do not endorse it, and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any information on it is accurate or complete, or that your request will reach anyone.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. If you live in one of them, some of these exclusions may not apply to you, and you keep whatever rights that state gives you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or the service. This applies even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything an attorney, a law firm, or a marketing partner does or fails to do, including any advice given, any action taken or not taken, any deadline missed, any fee charged, any contact made or not made, and anything they do with your information after they receive it.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. If you live in one of them, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZYZY Digital Group, and the people who work for it, from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of information you submitted that was false or that was not yours to submit, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful use of this site.

This does not apply to any claim arising out of our own acts.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Nothing in this section applies to a dispute between you and an attorney or a law firm. That is between you and them, and the terms of whatever agreement you have with them govern it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Severability

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of these terms stay in force.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about this site and this service, and they replace anything said or written about it beforehand.

They do not create any agreement between you and any attorney or law firm, and they do not give anyone else any right to enforce them.

Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of it.
